OB/GYN Dr. William Walker Joins Wilkes-Barre General Hospital Medical Staff

Wilkes-Barre, PA (February 18, 2014) – Commonwealth Health recently welcomed obstetrician/gynecologist William Walker, M.D. to the Wyoming Valley community. Dr. Walker is accepting new patients at his office at 2 Sharpe Street, Kingston.
Dr. Walker earned his bachelor’s degree from Emory College, Atlanta, and his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia, Augusta, Ga. He completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at York Hospital, York, Pa. He comes to the Wyoming Valley from private practice in Windber, Pa.
A board-certified member of the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology, Dr. Walker holds medical staff privileges at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital and the Family Care Center, Kingston.
