Cardiologist Joins Commonwealth Health Staff

WILKES-BARRE, Pa. (Dec. 17, 2018) – Interventional cardiologist Daniel Tsyvine, M.D., has joined the Commonwealth Health Physician Network and the medical staff of Wilkes-Barre General Hospital.
Dr. Tsyvine is certified in interventional cardiology, cardiovascular disease, nuclear cardiology and echocardiography and is a registered physician in vascular interpretation. He is a graduate of Boston University School of Medicine and completed an internship and residency in internal medicine at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Harvard Medical School, Boston, and residencies in cardiovascular disease at the University Hospital, Rutgers Medical School, Newark, N.J., and in interventional cardiology at the Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, Newark, N.J.
His specialties include interventional cardiology, peripheral vascular arterial disease, percutaneous left ventricular assist devices, varicose vein disorders, non-invasive cardiology, trans-esophageal echocardiography and vascular ultrasound interpretation.
He will see patients at 672 S. River St., Suite 101, Waterfront Complex, Plains Township.
