Tyler Memorial Hospital to offer Free Flu, Pneumonia Clinic

TUNKHANNOCK, Pa. (Oct. 24, 2014) – Tyler Memorial Hospital, State Route 6, will offer a free flu and pneumonia vaccine clinic to the public from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 12 inside the hospital chapel on the first floor.

Appointments are required since the supply of the free vaccine is limited. To make an appointment, call Donna Guman, R.N., infection control nurse, at 570-996-1266. The vaccine was purchased by Wyoming County Community Health Foundation.
