Tyler Memorial Hospital Employee and Managers of the Year
11/16/2014
Three Tyler Memorial Hospital employees were recently honored as Employee and Managers of the Year at the annual employee recognition dinner at The Shadowbrook Inn.
Jim Williams of the maintenance department was selected as the Employee of the Year. His co-workers noted that he is always willing to lend a hand with a smile. He and a guest will travel to Nashville in March for an all-expense paid trip.
Ron Coolbaugh, facilities manager, was selected as the non-clinical manager of the year. His commitment to creating a safe environment for patients, his leadership in meeting life-safety standards and management of several major renovations projects were just a few of the reasons he was nominated.
Mollie Pillsbury, director of ER and outpatient services, was recognized as clinical manager of the year. She was nominated numerous times by staff, co-workers and other departmental staff. Her teamwork, willingness to pitch in where needed and overall leadership were just some of the qualities that her nominees mentioned.
