Dr. Yurkanin joins staff at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital

WILKES-BARRE, Pa. (April 28, 2015) – Gabriela Mendez Yurkanin, D.P.M., has joined the practice of Orthopedic Consultants of Wyoming Valley, Kingston, and will be on the medical staff of Commonwealth Health Wilkes-Barre General Hospital.
Dr. Yurkanin is a board-certified foot and ankle specialist and most recently practiced in Philadelphia where she served as an assistant professor at Temple University.
Dr. Yurkanin earned a bachelor of science degree from Montclair State University and graduated from New York College of Podiatric Medicine. She completed a residency at Community Medical Center, Scranton.
