Pulmonologist Joins Staffs Of Scranton Hospitals

SCRANTON, Pa. (Feb. 9, 2016) –Besher Kabak, M.D., has joined Commonwealth Health Physician Network to practice pulmonology.
Dr. Kabak will practice at Physicians Health Alliance, 743 Jefferson Ave., Scranton, and will offer a wide range of services including the treatment of asthma, lung cancer, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and pulmonary hypertension and provides evaluations of sleep studies. He is certified by the American Board of Critical Care Medicine, the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Sleep Medicine.
Dr. Kabak completed fellowships pulmonary medicine and critical care medicine at St. Michael’s Medical Center, Newark, N.J.; and in sleep medicine at Medical Center, Edison, N.J.
