Surgeon to Offer Free Seminar on Bariatric Surgery

WILKES-BARRE, Pa. (Aug. 11, 2016) – Clark Gerhart, M.D., a general surgeon on staff at Commonwealth Health Wilkes-Barre General Hospital, will present a free seminar on bariatric surgery at 5:30 p.m. Sept. 6 at Genetti Inn, 1345 N. Church St., Hazle Township.

Dr. Gerhart, a board-certified general surgeon who specializes in minimally invasive surgery, will discuss the overall health benefits of bariatric surgery in addition to weight loss.

The seminar is open to the public free of charge though reservations are recommended. Light refreshments will be served.
