Tyler Memorial Hospital Sets Vaccine Clinic Dates

TUNKHANNOCK, Pa. (Sept. 26, 2016) – Commonwealth Health Tyler Memorial Hospital with the support of The Wyoming County Community Health Foundation will hold influenza vaccine clinics from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Oct. 5 and Oct. 17 in the chapel on the first floor of the hospital, 5950 SR 6, Tunkhannock.

Persons who are uninsured or underinsured are welcome. Appointments are recommended and may be made by calling Donna Guman at 570-996-1266.

Some people, such as older people, young children and people with certain health conditions are at highest risk for serious flu complications. The best way to prevent the flu is by getting vaccinated each year.
