Wilkes-Barre Psychiatrist Retires After 45 Years

WILKES-BARRE, Pa. (June 30, 2017) – Chun Chang, M.D., a Wilkes-Barre psychiatrist and member of the medical staff of Commonwealth Health Wilkes-Barre General Hospital, has retired after 45 years of service. A luncheon, cake and clock presentation were held at Community Counseling Services, Wilkes-Barre, to honor Dr. Chang for his years of dedication and service to the community.
