Commonwealth Health Launches COVID-19 Information Telephone Line (570) 552-COVI (2684)

To provide our community with another resource during this time of need, Commonwealth Health has launched a 24-Hour COVID-19 Information hotline.

Healthcare professionals are available to help answer questions on COVID-19 and start the screening process before the patient travels to the hospital or clinic. To determine the patient’s risk, a healthcare professional will ask the caller about their symptoms, health and travel histories and community exposure, based on the current CDC guidelines. The patient will then be provided with the next steps after assessment.
