Choices Holds Open House

KINGSTON, Pa. (April 4, 2016) -- CHOICES Outpatient Services at Commonwealth Health recently held an open house at its Kingston location. The program provides substance abuse treatment to patients in an outpatient environment.  Appointment times are flexible and offered throughout the day.  A drug-free option for individuals recovering from chemical dependency issues is offered.
