CHOICES Notes 10 Years, Introduces Expanded Program at Open House

Plains, PA (June 3, 2014) – CHOICES Recovery Program held an open house on May 30 to celebrate the facility’s 10 years of service to the community and to offer tours of the expanded program at rear 307 Laird St., Wilkes-Barre. Principals at the open house are, from left: Ricardo Horn, clinical supervisor; Carol Jo Ragugini, nurse manager; Mark Schor, CEO, First Hospital; Ashely Wirbicki, clinical supervisor; Dr. Lisa Costaris, medical director; and Gary Snipes, supervisor of outpatient services.
