Commonwealth Health CEO to Chair HAP

WILKES-BARRE, Pa. (July 12, 2016) – Cor Catena, CEO of Wilkes-Barre General Hospital and Commonwealth Health, was appointed chairman-elect of the Hospital & Healthsystem Association of Pennsylvania Board of Directors.

Catena has more than 30 years of hospital management experience, having served as CEO of Commonwealth Health since 2012. He has been affiliated with Community Health Systems, Inc., for 15 years, and has been on the HAP board since 2010.
