Commonwealth Health Schedules 488 Mammograms through Mammothon

Commonwealth Health affiliates throughout the region teamed up on Oct. 2 for the 3rd annual Mammothon and scheduled 488 mammograms. 

In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, 135 employee volunteers made 4, 101 calls to women in the area who were overdue for their annual mammograms. 

Participating Commonwealth Health affiliates included Berwick Hospital Center, Tyler Memorial Hospital, Special Care Hospital, Wilkes-Barre General Hospital, Diagnostic Imagining Center, Moses Taylor Hospital, and Regional Hospital of Scranton.
