First Hospital hosts program and art contest on gratitude

Commonwealth Health First Hospital recently hosted a children's art contest as part of the First Hospital Professional Education Series, "Creating Emotional Wellness: Reflections on Gratitude Expressed in Art."
The contest was open to area children ages 5 to 14 and judging was based on overall impact, composition, originality and artistic merit.
Judging was held at the Thomas P. Saxton Medical Pavilion, Edwardsville, prior to the Creating Emotional Wellness program which was presented by Linda Keck and Frank Mariano.
