“When is Joint Replacement the Best Option,” a free educational seminar offered by the Joint Center at Commonwealth Health Wilkes-Barre General Hospital was recently presented by George Ritz, M.D., at Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs. Mary Smithonic, a patient of Dr. Ritz, also addressed the group.
