Regional Hospital Offers Free Immunizations To Firefighters

SCRANTON, Pa. (April 5, 2016) – Commonwealth Health Regional Hospital continued its practice of administering free screenings and immunizations to members of the City of Scranton Fire Department. The practice began last year and includes screening firefighters for Hepatitis B and providing the three-shot vaccination series to those who need it.

This year, 51 shots have been administered to the first responders.
