W-B General Hospital Launches Lunch & Learn Series for Cancer Patients

WILKES-BARRE, Pa. (Nov. 21, 2017) – Commonwealth Health Wilkes-Barre General Hospital will present a free public health talk on nutrition from noon to 1 p.m. Dec. 6 at the hospital’s Cancer Center.

Helen Pickering, dietitian and clinical nutrition manager for Metz Culinary Management at the hospital, will present “Pack Nutrition Onto Your Holiday Table.” The presentation is geared toward cancer patients and will focus on nutritional choices during the holiday.
