Kross to Direct ED at Tyler Memorial

TUNKHANNOCK, Pa. (Aug. 26, 2015) – Commonwealth Health has named Ted Kross to serve as director of the emergency department at Tyler Memorial Hospital.

Kross has extensive background in health care and most recently was the director of Wilkes-Barre City Health Department for more than seven years.

A graduate of Bishop Hoban High School and the Pittston Hospital School of Nursing, he earned a bachelor of science degree in health care administration and a master of science degree in health care administration from King's College.

He serves as an instructor for Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support and International Trauma Life Support.

He and his wife, Gina, have four children: Karissa, 24; Kayla 22, Kaitlyn 20; and Gavin, 17.
