Commonwealth Health Physician Network Welcomes Neurologist

WILKES-BARRE, PA (August, 2019) – Commonwealth Health Physician Network is pleased to welcome James M. Noto, D.O. to our Neurology team. He is an active medical staff member at Commonwealth Health Wilkes-Barre General Hospital.

Board-certified in Neurology, Dr. James Noto received his medical degree in 2014 from William Carey University College of Osteopathic Medicine, Hattiesburg, MS; was chief resident of Neurology at Cooper University Hospital, Camden, NJ and completed his clinical Neurophysiology fellowship at Penn State Health, Milton S. Hershey Medical Center.

Dr. Noto will diagnose and treat adult patients who suffer from a variety of neurologic diseases with a special focus on stroke prevention, stroke recovery, epilepsy, seizure and neuromuscular disorders.
