Commonwealth Health Physician Network is pleased to welcome Michelle Im, D.O., to our office in Shavertown. Dr. Im practices family medicine and is currently accepting new patients.
Dr. Im provides preventive care for the entire family including routine checkups, health-risk assessments, immunizations and screening tests. She received her medical degree in 2017 from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed residency in family medicine at Meadville Medical Center, Meadville, PA.
