SCRANTON, Pa. (Dec. 20, 2016) -- Commonwealth Health Emergency Medical Service has been notified of its acceptance as an American Heart Association Training Center. As a certified training center, CHEMS personnel have been approved to teach basic life support, advanced cardiac life support and pediatric advanced life support.
